CME to clear certain OTC agricultural swaps

CFTC grants CME permission to clear OTC corn basis swaps and corn, wheat, and soybean calendar swaps. It will also allow CME and FCMs clearing through CME to commingle positions in those cleared-only OTC swaps and associated funds with positions and funds otherwise required to be held in customer segregated accounts.
